Hi! I’m Erin Pompa, speaker, coach, spiritual warrior, wife, and dog mom.
My Story…
FROM DANCE TEACHER TO YOUTH SPEAKER
I spent the first 14 years of my career in the classroom as the Dance Director at Rosa L. Parks High School of Fine & Performing Arts in Paterson, NJ the high school I graduated from.
When I started my education journey I thought “Okay Erin, you are going to teach these kids dance.” I quickly realized my students were struggling with self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, responsible decision-making, and relationship skills.
I witnessed firsthand through my challenges, and my student’s hardships the importance of becoming emotionally intelligent has not only on a student’s growth but on all human growth.
This led me to the work I do now with our youth, teens and college students. I am passionate about creating relatable, accessible conversations that develop their character and prepare them to live exceptional lives from the inside out.
