    Awakening Your Warrior Spirit

    Abstract: In this assembly, students will hear a powerful story about overcoming addiction. This story will teach important life skills, helping students deal with tough times using resilience and determination. We'll use a simple PAG framework to show them positive ways to cope and change negative self-talk. They'll also learn about gratitude and acceptance, getting tools to live a rich and brave life. The goal is to inspire personal growth, encouraging a positive mindset that helps them face challenges with confidence and take care of their well-being.

    Learning Objectives

    Students Will Be Able to

    • Comprehend the journey of overcoming addiction as a source of inspiration for personal growth.

    • Learn how to navigate challenging times by applying resilience and determination in their own lives.

    • Apply the simple PAG framework to gain insights into positive coping mechanisms for dealing with various situations.

    Becoming a Mental Health Warrior

    Abstract: This workshop can serve as extended learning paired with the Keynote, or stand-alone. During this workshop, students will learn that mental health is something everyone struggles with and everyone has to nurture. Students will be honest with themselves about what jeopardizes their mental health and create practices that they can do daily to strengthen their mental health.

    Learning Objectives:

    Students will be able to

    • Define mental health.

    • Identify when their mental health is in jeopardy.

    • Create a plan for taking care of and nurturing their mental health.

  • For: 7th Grade - College Students

    Length: Class Period - 90 Minutes

    Becoming a Gratitude Ninja

    Abstract: During this workshop, students will learn how to release fear and self-judgment. They will understand the important role gratitude plays in living an abundant life and design a gratitude practice that speaks to who they are as a person. 

    Learning Objectives:

    Students will be able to

    Analyze the effects comparison and thoughts of “not being good enough” have on them. 

    • Dissect ways to combat negative self-talk with gratitude. 

    • Understand what gratitude is, the role it plays in our lives, and how to build a gratitude practice. 

    • Design personalized gratitude practice.

    Awakening Your Power Through Acceptance

    Abstract: In a world full of challenges and uncertainty, learning to accept what we cannot change is a powerful skill. Awakening Your Power through Acceptance helps students unlock their inner strength by embracing what they can control and letting go of what they cannot. Through interactive discussions, activities, and real-life examples, students will explore how acceptance can lead to greater peace of mind, resilience, and empowered decision-making. This workshop offers practical tools for navigating life’s ups and downs, teaching students how to focus on their personal power while releasing the rest.

    Learning Objectives:

    • Discover the Power of Acceptance – Students will learn the role of acceptance in reducing anxiety and creating emotional balance.

    • Identify What’s Within Your Control – Using the “Circle of Control” framework, students will distinguish between what they can influence and what is beyond their control.

    • Develop Skills for Letting Go – Students will practice methods for releasing control over external circumstances, enhancing their well-being.

    • Implement Acceptance in Daily Life – Through reflective activities, students will apply acceptance strategies to real-life situations, learning to focus their energy where it matters most.
